“In 1997, the Civil Rights Division of the US Department of Justice successfully prosecuted me for my second violation of non-violent FACE.
“In 1999, I was released at the conclusion of my two-year incarceration under US Bureau of Prisons. In 2002, my three years of supervision by US Probation Office ended. Subsequently, my two punishments that continue are the denial of 2nd Amendment’s ‘right to bear arms’ and the prohibition of my serving for any position of public trust within my current home state.
“Yet a presidential pardon is not my desire until such time the FACE Act is overturned thereby adding protection for the lives of unborn humans.”
