
A bad behavior which has been made into a virtue in America is indifference. Indifference has been given a sacerdotal position in America. The priests of indifference have been busy preaching this mindset to Americans for decades now. And the chickens have come home to roost.
Indifference is defined as “the quality or state of being indifferent: the absence of compulsion to or toward one thing or another.”
The Webster’s 1828 dictionary defines “indifference” as, “neutrality of mind between different persons or things; Unconcernedness; a state of the mind when it feels no interest in what is presented to it.”
Notice the definition for “indifference” points us to the word “indifferent.” Indifferent is defined as, “marked by a lack of interest, enthusiasm, or concern for something : Apethetic. Marked by no special liking for or dislike of something.”
The Webster’s 1828 dictionary defines “indifferent” as, “Neutral; not inclined to one side, party or thing more than to another. Unconcerned; feeling no interest, anxiety or care respecting anything. Neutral as to good or evil.”
