About two years ago, we started pre-recording most of our podcasts, which most podcasters do. Guests often show up late due to confusion over a time zone set-up, problems with Zoom, or a horrible connection in a hotel, making it necessary to reschedule the interview for better reception. It also allows for post-production editing and insertion of short advertisements.
