Set Apart Ministries is an equipping ministry. Founded initially to help those recovering from severe ritual trauma, we have become a home fellowship with goals that include helping people to overcome difficult past histories, helping them recognize what our Father God and His son, Messiah Yeshua, asks of us to honor them, as well as helping to prepare Messiah’s Bride for His expected return.
The Word tells us that in the end, if possible, even the elect would be deceived. It seems important to consider how that deception could come about. Early in 2024, we studied and addressed the question of “Live Not by Lies” (by Rod Dreher) as experienced by believers who have lived through totalitarian controls. The importance of humility, dependence on our Elohim, self-awareness and how we can so easily fall into all the lies that are prevalent in society today is a key aspect for protection. We have also considered what Watchman Nee called “the latent power of the soul” and seen how the evil one uses that to deceive, to entrap people and to put forth the lying signs and wonders prophesied.
